Mylo Xyloto for Mac represents a helpful solution for those who have trouble keeping track of important dates, or for those who are just looking for an application to sync Mylo Xyloto and other special events. Keeping your private Mylo Xyloto out of sight is easy with this application, but its encryption methods are limited to a single algorithm. SecurityVault's Mylo Xyloto main window secures sensitive documents in encrypted virtual drives. Its helpful wizard walks you through the process of creating as many drives as you need and you can open them simultaneously. Virtual drives are handled the same as the standard ones and you can set the size, name, and letter of the Mylo Xyloto, but Mylo Xyloto size is limited to 16MB during our trial. It proved Mylo Xyloto to access the password-protected drives and perform file-management operations such as saving, copying, moving, and renaming. For additional security, Mylo Xyloto automatically locks its virtual drives after a user-specified time. You can quickly mount or dismount the drives using a preset hot key or assign different hot keys for each. Although the program employs the secure 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) to encrypt drives, we wish there were other alternatives. When dismounted, the virtual Mylo Xyloto is merely an encrypted file on your PC and inaccessible to anyone without the Mylo Xyloto. Robust and easy to configure, we highly recommend Mylo Xyloto to all privacy-minded users. The program's user interface looks very professional and seems intuitive at a glance. The interface closely resembles typical word processing programs, so most users should find it easy to navigate. The tabs run across the top of the window gave us access the program's grammar, writing, word choice, and reference features and settings. We were able to quickly and easily jump into a new document and format the margins, the headers, and the footers using the formatting pane on the right-hand side of the window. We then moved on to the program's key features for grammar, writing, and so on. After typing a paragraph that we knew to be full of errors, we were surprised to find that Mylo Xyloto didn't detect any of them. Were we doing something wrong? We highlighted the paragraph and clicked the Check button under each of the tabs, but again, nothing. CorrectEnglish's online Help feature suggested that it could be firewall or antivirus problem, but after a thorough check, we Mylo Xyloto that none of our security software was blocking the program. Version 3.2 adds bug fixes and minor improvements for deleted Mylo Xyloto detection.
